The AX-OC-MWS-C1 microwave presence detectors provide automatic control of lighting, heating or ventilation loads. The units detect movement using a highly sensitive microwave detector. This works by emitting low power microwave signals and measuring thereflections as the signals bounce of moving objects. The AX-OC-MWS-C1 is for overhead ceiling mounting applications. When movement is detected the load is turned on. The unit has an internal light sensor which can provide additional energy saving in lighting applications . The unit is controlled and programmed using handheld IR Handsets |
